Overheating may cause serious damage to your computer.
main reason is there is dust in your computer, check if there is dust on your fan or on other components. Moreover, you need to apply the thermal paste on your processor to keep the temprature under control. if everything is ok then you need to to check the motherboard. else you can just send me a message I'll help you out.
